MathCAD failed 1% Installation

I get this message while installation MathCAD Prime 7.0 "Some applications failed or canceled. click information icon or failed application for details"  

While Read information "Installation failed, refer to the installation log file for more information. You can Restart the failed application installs or click Exit to close the installer."
